Damaged Items- Please inform Shambolic at [email protected] on the day of delivery of any damage to products or incorrect products. providing photos if possible.

Decided you dont want the order- Once products are purchased you have 14 days from the day of delivery to inform Shambolic at [email protected] that you wish to return the products.

They then must be returned within 14 days in orgional packaging and unused, if any packaging on the products has been opened Shambolic will not accept the return.

goods must be sent back via royal mail with a tracking number, this cost will not be covered by Shambolic.

Once products have arrived back at Shambolic a  refund will be issued within 7 days.
